About The Role
We're looking for a strategic and hands-on Product Leader to own the On-Demand (Flexi) workspace business line. This is a high-impact role where you'll be responsible for scaling one of our fastest-growing verticals. You will drive the product vision, roadmap, and execution working at the intersection of consumer experience, partner supply, and growth.
Why the role matters
You'll be building a city-level marketplace product with complex user behavior, real-time availability, and repeat usageall at scale. You'll lead 01 and 110 initiatives with autonomy, backed by a sharp, execution-oriented team.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive product discovery based on user insights, business needs, and market gaps
- Define and own the roadmap for the On-Demand vertical, balancing speed with robustness
- Collaborate with design, engineering, growth, and supply teams to ship and scale features
- Build an ecosystem of feedback loopsdata, user input, A/B testingto guide continuous improvement
- Own critical business metrics like bookings, conversion, repeat usage, and NPS
- Develop and mentor a small but high-performing product team
Desired Skills/ Experience
- 6+ years of experience in product management, ideally in B2C or marketplace businesses
- First principle thinking & a strong execution mentality
- Data driven with strong analytical / quantitative skills
- Ability to break complex problems into small, achievable slices for early and frequent delivery.
- Ability to inspire and influence cross-functional stakeholders and teams
- Comfortable with analytics tools like Firebase, MixPanel, CleverTap, etc. and knowledge of SQL.
