Job Title: Lead Product Manager

Role Overview
Lead the strategy and roadmap for the suite of Apollo Home Healthcare products. Own end-to-end product direction across patient, caregiver, and operations workflows, ensuring alignment to revenue, quality, and scalability goals.
Drive market-informed product decisions through deep customer insights, competitive analysis, and operational understanding. Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Service Delivery, Clinical, Tech, and Business teams to translate business priorities into clear execution roadmaps.
Define differentiation, streamline care delivery journeys, and build scalable systems that improve adoption, efficiency, and patient outcomes across the Apollo Home Healthcare ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Competitive Intelligence
- Conduct deep analysis of home healthcare offerings, pricing models, care delivery models, and tech-enabled competitors (homecare startups, hospital-at-home models, digital health platforms).
- Translate market and operational insights into differentiated product strategy across diagnostics, consumables, remote monitoring, and service workflows.
- Identify competitive risks and proactively shape product and operational responses.
- Continuously assess regulatory and compliance impacting home healthcare delivery.
Product Narrative & Stakeholder Alignment
- Develop clear product narratives for patients, caregivers, hospital partners, and internal teams across the Apollo Home Healthcare suite.
- Synthesize feedback from Sales, Service Delivery, Clinical Ops, and Leadership into actionable product refinements.
- Align roadmap priorities across Business, Clinical, Tech, and Operations to ensure execution clarity and adoption.
Go-To-Market & Adoption Execution
- Lead launch and rollout of new services, workflows, and technology enhancements across regions.
- Drive operational readiness (process definitions, SLA design, training, system enforcement mechanisms).
- Partner with Sales and Service Delivery to ensure system usage.
- Support key enterprise/hospital partnerships through product customization, pilots, and scalable deployment models.
Field & Executive Engagement
- Act as the product authority in leadership reviews, discussions, and enterprise pitches.
- Provide structured competitive and performance insights to leadership (revenue impact, adoption metrics, operational efficiency).
- Establish feedback loops from field operations into backlog prioritization and roadmap planning.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree from a Tier 1 college in in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 3+ years experience as product manager OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field from Tier 1 college AND 5+ years experience as product manager.
- Proven ability to translate complex system workflows, operational constraints, and technology architecture into clear business trade-offs and execution decisions for senior leadership.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of crafting data-backed narratives that drive prioritization decisions, and cross-functional alignment.
- Ability to adapt communication for diverse stakeholders executive leadership, clinical teams, operations, engineering, and sales ensuring clarity across technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience operating in high-velocity, ambiguous environments with multiple cross-functional dependencies and shifting business priorities.
- Demonstrated experience in competitive analysis, market evaluation, service model benchmarking, or product enablement within healthcare, home services, or operationally complex domains.
- Proven expertise in agile product management, backlog management, and roadmap execution.
Educational Background
- MBA in Product Management (preferred) OR degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical discipline (preferred) only from Tier 1 College
- Additional certifications in healthcare management or product management advantageous.
Preferred Background
- Experience in D2C or healthcare or consumer-scale platforms (e.g., marketplaces, two-sided platforms, high-velocity transactional systems such as Myntra/Naukri-type models).
- Experience building or scaling 01 products, preferably in startup or high-ownership environments.
- Demonstrated track record in core product management roles (Product Manager / Senior Product Manager) with end-to-end ownership.
- Background in building technology-first products; strong comfort working with engineering-led teams.
