Job Title: Lead Product Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sr. Manager Product to lead our technology initiatives, drive product and process automation, and manage cross-functional stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the tech team in designing, developing, and deploying scalable digital solutions across various business functions.
- Own and manage the complete technology stack with a strong focus on marketing automation and operational efficiency.
- Oversee and optimize the integration of software like Lead Squared CRM to ensure seamless lead management and customer engagement.
- Implement and manage Learning Management Systems (LMS) for seamless learning delivery.
- Build and execute automation workflows using marketing tools, CRMs, and communication platforms to streamline lead nurturing, onboarding, and customer support processes.
- Collaborate closely with internal teamsSales, Marketing, Product, and Operationsto understand business needs and translate them into effective tech solutions.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and technology partners to ensure smooth and reliable system performance.
- Mentor and manage a high-performing tech team, ensuring timely project delivery and adherence to quality and security standards.
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs), monitor performance for the tech team, and regularly report progress to senior management.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- 810 years of hands-on experience in tech leadership roles.
- Proven experience with LeadSquared, Ozonetel, and LMS platforms.
- Strong understanding of marketing automation tools and CRM integration.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Proficient in project management methodologies and agile practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, data-driven environment with multiple priorities.
