Lead Product Engineer

This is a remote position.

We are seeking a seasoned Product Lead to drive the design, development, and delivery of scalable end-to-end applications. This role blends technical leadership with product ownership, requiring a strong engineering foundation alongside proven experience in leading product development lifecycles.

• Technical Leadership
  

  • Lead the architecture, development, and deployment of applications using Next.js, React Native, Python, and SQL.

  • Apply data engineering principles for building reliable and scalable systems.

  • Leverage AWS services (Lambda, Redshift, Aurora, CloudWatch, CloudFront, S3) to design secure, high-performance, cloud-based solutions.

  • Drive CI/CD adoption and ensure best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.

• Product Ownership & Delivery
  

  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from requirement gathering and sprint planning to release management and post-launch monitoring.

  • Define and manage roadmaps, release cycles, and delivery milestones in alignment with business objectives.

  • Collaborate directly with clients and stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business and technical goals.

  • Prioritize and balance feature development, technical debt, and performance improvements.

• Team & Process Management
  

  • Lead cross-functional teams across frontend, backend, and analytics.

  • Oversee agile ceremonies including sprint planning, standups, retrospectives, and task tracking (experience with Asana or similar tools preferred).

  • Mentor and guide engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, ownership, and high performance.

  • Provide regular progress reports, risks, and mitigation strategies to stakeholders.
