We are seeking a Lead Product Designer to craft seamless, intuitive, and visually compelling experiences for an AI-powered platform operating in the physical world. This role combines user experience strategy, interaction design, and polished visual execution, ideal for a design leader who thrives in fast-paced, product-driven startup environments.
You will define and elevate the product's design language across web, mobile, and supporting digital touchpoints, working closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales teams to ensure consistency, usability, and delightful user experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Product Experience Design
Lead end-to-end design of web and product experiences, from discovery and research to wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI.
Translate complex AI-driven workflows into simple, actionable, and intuitive user interactions.
Develop user personas, journeys, flows, and scenarios to inform design decisions.
Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on data, feedback, and user behavior.
Design Systems & Visual Language
Define, maintain, and evolve design systems, UI components, and interaction patterns for consistency and scalability.
Ensure visual consistency across product interfaces, marketing pages, presentations, and digital assets.
Advocate for accessibility, usability, and user-centric principles in all design outputs.
Collaboration & Strategy
Partner closely with Product Managers and Engineers to align on feature design, functionality, and roadmaps.
Work with Marketing and Sales teams to deliver visually impactful materials that align with product experiences.
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers, fostering a culture of design excellence.
What We're Looking For
5+ years of experience in product-focused UI/UX design, preferably in SaaS, AI, or B2B/B2C platforms.
Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design, interaction design, and high-fidelity visual execution.
Deep understanding of UX principles, usability, accessibility standards, and responsive design.
Proficiency in modern design and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or equivalent).
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in agile product environments.
Ability to balance creativity, usability, and business objectives.
Strong communication, collaboration, and proactive problem-solving skills.
