Role: Senior / Lead Product Designer
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior / Lead Product Designer to drive the design vision for complex, user-centric products. In addition to crafting intuitive and elegant experiences, you will play a key role in mentoring designers, leading client conversations, and representing the design function both internally and externally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design interactive and complex products by deeply understanding workflows and user use cases.
- Create intuitive, high-quality designs that enhance information comprehension and reduce cognitive load.
- Lead user research initiatives and translate insights into impactful design decisions.
- Develop user personas, storyboards, and prototypes to communicate design concepts effectively.
- Rapidly prototype ideas using tools like Figma, Figma Make, Lovable, etc.
- Drive design discussions with senior stakeholders through discovery sessions, presentations, and pitches.
- Act as the face of the design team in client engagements and internal forums.
- Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a strong design culture and quality standards.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional teams.
- Contribute to pre-sales activities, including solutioning and proposal design inputs.
- Establish and maintain scalable design systems and ensure consistency across products.
- Continuously iterate designs based on feedback, balancing user needs with business goals.
Qualifications:
- 9+ years of experience in Product Design, with a strong portfolio across B2B (preferred) and B2C products.
- Proven experience leading design projects and mentoring designers.
- Strong proficiency in Figma and modern AI-assisted tools (e.g., Figma Make, Lovable).
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with confidence in client-facing roles.
- Strong grasp of user-centered design principles and systems thinking.
- Ability to think strategically, act quickly, and translate ideas into tangible outcomes.
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience).
