-Location: Delhi, India & Pangyo, South Korea (Hybrid / Remote-friendly) | Full-time | Mid–Senior (3+ yrs)

-Compensation: INR 12-18 Lacs, CTC

About Konnect

I've been building Konnect for the past 2 years. Having lived in multiple countries, I know firsthand what it feels like to be a foreigner—confused systems, language barriers, and fragmented services when you need them most. That experience pushed me to start Konnect.

Konnect is building a unified, AI-powered platform that helps foreigners in Korea access mobility, visa, legal, medical, and payment services in one app—across iOS, Android, and Web.

It hasn't been easy, but step by step we've made real progress. In December 2025, we won the flagship startup competition K-Startup Grand Challenge, ranking #1 among 2,800+ teams. In January 2026, I was honored as CEO of the Year (Best Digital Platform) by APAC Insider.

What you'll do

You'll own the end-to-end product UX, designing complex flows like identity verification, payments, mobility integrations, and AI-powered discovery/search. You'll work directly with myself, CTO and the engineering team.

Responsibilities

-Design user journeys from onboarding to transaction completion

-Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI

-Build and maintain a scalable design system

-Improve usability and funnel conversion through iteration and testing

-Ensure consistency across iOS, Android, and Web

-Partner closely with engineers on implementation, handoff, and QA

-Run user research as needed (tourists, expats, long-term residents)

Must-have

-3+ years in product design (web/mobile)

-Portfolio showing complex systems and multi-step/transactional flows

-Experience with design systems

-Strong product thinking and communication

-Proficiency with Figma (or similar)

Nice-to-have

-Fintech, mobility, travel, or marketplace experience

-Identity verification / KYC flow experience

-Designing for multi-language users

-Startup experience
