Lead Product Designer

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full design lifecycle from discovery, ideation, prototyping, validation, to implementation and impact measurement
• Create high-quality visual and interaction designs for complex, data-rich enterprise applications
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, data analysts, researchers, and business stakeholders to deliver cohesive solutions
• Conduct and synthesize user research, analytics, and behavioral insights to inform design decisions
• Develop experience maps, service blueprints, user journeys, wireframes, and high/low fidelity prototypes
• Design scalable UI systems aligned with enterprise design systems and accessibility standards (WCAG AA compliance)
• Facilitate workshops and design thinking sessions with senior stakeholders to align on product direction and strategy
• Translate business goals and user needs into viable, desirable, and feasible design solutions
• Use web analytics and user data to refine and optimize product experiences
• Present design concepts and rationale clearly to senior leadership and cross-functional teams
• Explore and integrate emerging technologies such as AI into design workflows and product experiences
• Contribute to building a strong design culture within a global enterprise environment
