Role Overview
Our client is expanding its product design team and is looking for a Lead Product Designer who can define and drive the design vision for their AI-powered enterprise product suite.
This is a strategic and hands-on role where you will lead design direction, mentor designers, and own the end-to-end product experience for complex workflows.
You will work closely with Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Operations teams.
Key Responsibilities
Design Leadership and Strategy
- Lead end-to-end product design for multiple product lines.
- Define UX strategy, design direction, and experience frameworks for AI-driven workflows.
- Partner with product and engineering leadership on the long-term vision and roadmap.
- JD-Lead Product Designer
Team Leadership and Mentorship
- Guide and mentor junior and mid-level designers.
- Review design outputs and provide actionable, constructive feedback.
- Establish scalable design processes and best practices within the team.
Hands-on Product Design
- Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity designs using Figma.
- Translate business and technical requirements into intuitive, user- centered experiences.
- Simplify complex, data-heavy workflows through strong interaction and visual design.
User Research and Validation
- Lead user interviews, usability studies, and feedback cycles.
- Convert user insights into design improvements and product opportunities.
- Validate designs through data, testing, and iterative refinement.
Design Systems and Consistency
- Own and evolve the design system to ensure consistency across the product ecosystem.
- Collaborate with engineering to ensure accurate implementation of components.
- Maintain documentation and alignment on UI patterns and architecture.
Required Qualifications
- 710 years of experience as a Product Designer / UX Designer / UI Designer in B2B SaaS or enterprise products.
- Proven experience leading and mentoring design teams.
- Strong portfolio showcasing ownership of complex workflows, dashboards, automation tools, or AI-driven experiences.
- Expertise in Figma and hands-on experience with design systems.
- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, accessibility, and information architecture.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with tools like Zeplin, Storybook, or similar platforms is a plus.
