Lead Product Architect Celonis

We are seeking a highly experienced and technically proficient Lead Product Architect Celonis to join Cradlepoint. In this role, you will act as the technical lead for all Celonis use case implementations, driving deliverables, managing risks, and ensuring continuous alignment with evolving business requirements in an agile delivery model.

What You Will Do:

• Act as technical lead for all Celonis use case implementations, continuously working towards deliverables as per the roadmap.
• Manage use case risks and issues, and work on mitigation plans.
• Lead and drive the implementation of Celonis use cases.
• As lead architect, manage use case high-level design.
• Continuously align deliveries with evolving business requirements in an agile delivery model.
• Manage and lead delivery groups / agile teams as needed.
• Run technical workshops with stakeholders and perform product governance activities.
• Review and conduct scrum ceremonies as per the ways of working.

The Skills You Bring:

• 10 years of experience in software architecture and development, with a proven track record of designing and building complex, scalable platforms.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience on Celonis in a technical role cutting across architecture, design, and development.
• Experience of working in large and complex Celonis implementations.
• Hands-on experience on process mining projects involving SAP processes.
• Ability to work with global multi-cultural teams and strong communication skills.
