Salary: 28 - 42 Lakh per annum - Dependant on experience

A global Science and, Engineering firm with a large presence in India is on the search for Lead Process Engineers to help support a valued part of their business. The firm has worked within a wide range of industries, from Aerospace and Defence, all the way to the Public & Private sectors. Across these industries, they have worked on some amazing projects for which they have won awards.

You will lead a team of engineers by involving yourself in process design activities for various stages of projects from Conceptual Studies, Front-End Design and Detailed Engineering for projects in support of the development of new and existing Upstream Oil and Gas facilities. This role will see you mentor a team of Junior/Senior engineers and help develop their technical skills to deliver engineering solutions for clients. You will also Educate teammates to cultivate the right behaviours and foster them to deliver activities and business objectives.

Principal Accountabilities:

• Extensive experience in Upstream Oil & Gas, Refineries and Petrochemical
• Carry out process simulations and optimization studies for selected projects and prepare Process Flow Schemes with heat and mass balances, equipment sizing, layout, etc for costing and option selection.
• Perform detailed process engineering work and generate deliverables like Process Flow diagrams, Piping and instrumentation Diagrams, Equipment Datasheets, and Study Reports/Manuals.
• Review any process design work carried out by third parties (vendors),and other offices and to participate in HAZOPs, Safety and Facility reviews and audits.
• To understand the requirements of the office quality system and ensure these requirements are met.
• To collaborate with other disciplines and meet project delivery deadlines.
• Working experience with process software like HYSYS, PROII, Pipesim, and FlareNet.
