Job Summary: Wissen Technology is hiring a seasoned Talent Acquisition Lead to drive strategic hiring initiatives, manage complex technical recruitment, and contribute to employer branding and process optimization

Experience: 8 12 Years

Location:Bangalore

Mode of Work:Full time (Hybrid 4 days WFO)

KeyResponsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for critical and niche IT roles
  • Define and execute advanced sourcing and hiring strategies
  • Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership and business heads
  • Build scalable recruitment processes and best practices
  • Manage and mentor recruitment team members
  • Analyze hiring data and continuously improve recruitment efficiency
  • Contribute to employer branding and talent market insights

Requirements:

  • 812 years of IT recruitment experience with strong leadership exposure
  • Deep understanding of technology roles, skills, and market trends
  • Strong stakeholder, vendor, and team management capabilities
  • Ability to handle high-volume and specialized hiring
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills

Good To Have Skills:

  • Strong ATS implementation and optimization experience
  • Exposure to global or product-based hiring models
  • Outcome-driven and strategic mindset
