Role Overview
We are looking for a Lead Power Electronics Hardware Design to lead the design and development of high-reliability power electronic systems. The role will drive hardware architecture, design reviews, validation, and team leadership across power converter and motor drive platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead hardware design of power electronic converters (AC-DC, DC-DC, DC-AC) and motor drives.
- Own system architecture, schematic design, component selection, and PCB design reviews.
- Drive design validation, FMEA, DVP, EMI/EMC compliance, and root-cause analysis.
- Mentor and manage a team of hardware design engineers.
- Collaborate with firmware, mechanical, manufacturing, and quality teams.
- Support prototype build, testing, and transition to production.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's / Master's in Electrical, Electronics, or Power Electronics Engineering.
- 812+ years of experience in power electronics hardware design.
- Strong hands-on experience with converters, inverters, and motor drives.
- Proven expertise in EMI/EMC, thermal design, and reliability engineering.
- Experience leading design teams and managing technical reviews.
