Job Responsibilities:
- Enterprise Architecture & Design: Expertise in designing scalable, secure, and modular banking platforms aligned with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Cloud & Containerization: Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and container orchestration technologies like Kubernetes and Docker.
- Site Reliability Engineering (SRE): Deep understanding of reliability principles, SLO/SLAs, incident management, and automation for operational excellence.
- DevOps & Infrastructure as Code: Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Terraform, Ansible, and other automation tools to streamline platform delivery and management.
- Security & Compliance: Proficiency in embedding security architecture (IAM, zero trust, encryption) and ensuring compliance with banking regulations (PCI DSS, GDPR).
Observability & Monitoring: Skilled in implementing and leveraging monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog) to maintain system health and troubleshoot issues.
- Leadership & Communication: Ability to lead cross-functional teams, mentor engineers, and communicate complex architectural concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strategic Planning & Innovation: Aptitude for technology evaluation, roadmap development, and driving innovation within enterprise banking platforms.
