Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru, for the position of Lead Physiotherapist. The Lead Physiotherapist will oversee patient assessments, plan personalized treatment programs, and monitor rehabilitation progress. The role also includes mentoring junior physiotherapists, engaging in knowledge sharing, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to develop effective patient care strategies. The Lead Physiotherapist will ensure high standards of care and contribute to enhancing patient recovery outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in patient assessment, musculoskeletal diagnosis, and treatment planning
• Proficiency in advanced physiotherapy techniques, manual therapy, and rehabilitation
• Ability to manage a team of physiotherapists and mentor junior staff
• Possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Commitment to providing high-quality patient care and continuously upgrading expertise and knowledge
• Experience in sports injury management, homecare physiotherapy, or online physiotherapy is a plus
• Master's degree or Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy with relevant certifications
