Role Overview

This is a senior, office-based clinical leadership role. The selected candidate will not be required to perform routine home visits. The focus will be on ensuring clinical quality, building systems, training physiotherapists, and maintaining consistency in patient care across the organization. The role involves close coordination with the operations team and leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Oversight

• Review and approve treatment plans before execution
• Monitor ongoing cases and identify risks, deviations, or lack of progress
• Conduct periodic quality checks and support field physiotherapists

Team Training and Development

• Lead onboarding and training for new physiotherapists
• Conduct regular case discussions and knowledge sessions
• Identify skill gaps and implement targeted training programs

SOP and Protocol Development

• Develop and maintain clinical SOPs and treatment protocols
• Create standardized frameworks for common conditions
• Ensure adherence to protocols across the team

Clinical Escalations

• Handle complex or non-improving patient cases
• Coordinate with doctors and specialists when required
• Address escalations from clients and caregivers

Candidate Requirements

• BPT with MPT (mandatory)
• 4–7 years of clinical experience
• At least 1–2 years in a supervisory or senior role preferred
• Strong understanding of evidence-based practice and clinical documentation
• Experience in developing SOPs or clinical protocols is an advantage
• Good communication and team management skills
• Based in Bangalore or willing to relocate
