• Build and manage full-funnel strategies for new customer acquisition, retargeting, and retention.
• Monitor daily campaign performance, analyse data, and improve CPA, ROAS, CTR, CAC, and overall efficiency.
• 47 years of experience in performance marketing with D2C / Personal Care / Beauty / Cosmetics / FMCG brands
• Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4, and marketing automation tools.
