ummaryWe are seeking a driven and detail-oriented HR professional to join our Corporate HR team as Lead Performance & Rewards. This individual contributor role will be responsible for managing key elements of performance management and compensation & benefits at the group level. The position is best suited for an ambitious HR professional with 24 years of experience and a postgraduate degree from a premier B-school such as MDI, SCMHRD, NMIMS, IMT, IMI, XISS, SIBM
