Lead Oracle EBS Developer ( 7+ Years )

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support customizations, extensions, and interfaces within the Oracle EBS Order Management module.
• Build and maintain APIs, REST/Soap services, and integrations from Oracle EBS to external eCommerce, ERP, CRM, and logistics platforms.
• Collaborate with eCommerce teams to align Oracle OM functionality with digital ordering channels (web, mobile, B2B portals).
• Develop and optimize PL/SQL packages, concurrent programs, workflows, and Oracle Forms/Reports.
• Configure and extend Order Management setups to support business requirements (pricing, ATP, holds, shipping, invoicing).
• Work with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or other middleware tools (Boomi, MuleSoft, etc.) for end-to-end integration scenarios.
• Troubleshoot and resolve order processing, fulfillment, and API-related issues in real time.
• Partner with functional leads to gather requirements, document technical designs, and support testing cycles (unit, SIT, UAT).
• Ensure solutions are compliant with security, performance, and governance standards.
• Provide production support, monitoring, and performance tuning of Order Management and API processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Minimum experience should be 8+ Yrs, and 5+ years of Oracle EBS development experience, with at least 3+ years focused on Order Management (OM).
• Strong expertise in PL/SQL, Oracle Workflow, Forms, Reports, and OA Framework.
• Proven experience building APIs (REST/SOAP) and web services directly from Oracle EBS.
• Knowledge of Order-to-Cash (O2C) business processes, including order entry, pricing, fulfillment, shipping, invoicing, and AR.
• Experience with eCommerce integrations (e.g., Shopify, Magento, Salesforce Commerce, custom portals).
• Exposure to middleware tools (Oracle Integration Cloud, MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, etc.) is a plus.
• Strong debugging, performance tuning, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with business users and cross-functional teams.
