The Lead - OPVC will be responsible to lead and supervise OPVC extrusion operations, ensuring consistent product quality, optimized machine performance, adherence to safety norms, and timely production targets. Responsible for process improvement, Quality validy as per set standard, troubleshooting, and team coordination within the extrusion unit

Job Description
Day to day OPVC extrusion operations to ensure smooth production flow.
Plan and schedule production activities to meet delivery and quality targets.
Supervise and guide extrusion operators to ensure adherence to SOPs.
Monitor product quality and quantity, conduct online inspections, and ensure compliance with standards.
Troubleshoot machine and process issues to reduce downtime.
Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity.
To control wastage during production,
Keep record of both Extrusion & Orientation parameters for the future references,
Maintain strict safety practices and ensure regulatory compliance on the shop floor.
Collaborate with maintenance, quality, and planning teams to support operational excellence.
Principal Accountabilities
Manage daily OPVC extrusion operations to ensure smooth and efficient production processesbr Plan and schedule production output to meet established quality and delivery targetsbr Supervise operators ensuring compliance with Standard Operating Procedures SOPsbr Monitor product quality and quantity through inprocess inspections to maintain high standardsbr Troubleshoot process and machine issues promptly to minimize downtime and enhance productivitybr Control material wastage and implement strategies to improve operational efficiencybr Maintain accurate records of extrusion and orientation parameters for quality assurancebr Ensure adherence to safety standards and regulatory compliance within the production environmentbr Coordinate effectively with maintenance quality and planning teams to support seamless operations
