About Finnovate

Finnovate is a holistic financial planning and wealth advisory platform dedicated to transforming the way Indians receive personal finance advice. Our team provides comprehensive solutions tailored to the unique needs of each client.

Role Summary

We are seeking a Lead Offline Marketing to plan and drive localized, funnel-based offline marketing initiatives from the Head Office. The role emphasizes strategic planning, frameworks, and measurable ROI, rather than last-mile event logistics or operational execution. You will work closely with branch leaders to design proactive marketing calendars covering brand awareness, engagement programs, and curated client events where digital channels have limited reach.

Key Responsibilities

1. Centralized Offline Marketing Strategy & Planning

  • Own annual and quarterly offline marketing roadmap aligned with sales funnel targets

  • Identify market-level opportunities proactively rather than reacting to branch requests

  • Define structured offline playbooks for Top, Mid, and Bottom funnel activities

2. Funnel-Based Local Marketing Design

  • Collaborate with branch leaders to design initiatives such as:
    • Top of Funnel: Local brand visibility, partnership associations, sponsorships, medical ecosystem branding
    • Mid Funnel: Knowledge seminars, curated group engagements, educational meets
    • Bottom of Funnel: Closed-door roundtables, HNI/doctor meets, high-intent relationship events

3. Branch Coordination & Team Leadership

  • Lead and mentor branch-level offline marketing coordinators/executives responsible for on-ground execution
  • Provide clear briefs, event frameworks, and success metrics to branch teams
  • Review execution plans to ensure alignment with central brand and funnel objectives
  • Drive accountability through structured reporting and review mechanisms

4. Localized Opportunity Sourcing (Strategic Level)

  • Build strategic relationships with associations, hospitals, medical bodies, and local partners
  • Develop scalable engagement models and repeatable event formats that branches can implement locally

5. Governance of Event Quality & Brand Standards

  • Define premium brand experience guidelines aligned with wealth management positioning
  • Approve key elements such as event format, messaging themes, and target audience mix
  • Ensure consistency in experience across all regions through structured SOPs

6. Budget Allocation & ROI Oversight

  • Allocate regional offline marketing budgets in consultation with leadership
  • Monitor ROI, cost efficiency, and funnel conversion impact of offline initiatives
  • Optimize spends through strategic vendor frameworks and negotiation guidelines

7. Compliance & Process Framework

  • Establish compliance protocols inspired by pharma/healthcare event discipline
  • Ensure documentation, approvals, and audit-ready processes are maintained across branches

Working Days & Hours

  • Monday to Saturday (Alternate Saturdays off)

  • 8:30 AM 5:30 PM / 9:30 AM 6:30 PM (Employees working Sundays eligible for 1 comp off)

Requirements

Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum graduation

  • Strong experience in pharma, healthcare, or doctor-centric events
  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and high-profile attendees

  • Excellent coordination, communication, and vendor management skills

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail

  • Comfortable handling confidential and sensitive client information

  • Willingness to travel as per event requirements

Benefits

  • Health Insurance including dependents coverage

  • Paid Parental Leave (maternity, paternity, adoption)

  • Professional development opportunities (training, workshops, conferences)

  • Performance-based recognition and incentives

  • Team-building activities and company celebrations

  • Employee referral programs
