About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Motion Graphics Designer who can independently handle projects end-to-endfrom understanding the brief to final delivery. You should be strong in design, great at storytelling through motion, and excited to keep learning and exploring new tools, trends, and AI-powered workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Concept & Storyboarding
• Understand briefs and convert them into clear visual concepts and storyboards.
• Plan and design strong frames that tell a compelling visual story.
• Design & Animation
• Create high-quality motion graphics for marketing campaigns, explainer videos, product videos, social media, app UI & brand films.
• Ensure all visuals follow brand guidelines and maintain a high design standard.
• Work on both 2D and 3D motion graphics (3D preferred).
• End-to-End Project Ownership
• Own the full design process: ideation, storyboard, design, animation, and final output.
• Coordinate with marketing, product, and content teams to understand goals and deliver on time.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines independently.
• Collaboration & Communication
• Work closely with the creative, marketing, and product teams to build cohesive campaigns.
• Present concepts, style frames, and motion directions clearly, with logical reasoning.
• Quality, Innovation & AI
• Stay updated on design, motion, UI/UX, AI tools, and technology trends.
• Use AI tools where relevant (for ideation, references, asset generation, optimisation, etc.) to speed up and enhance the creative process.
• Experiment with new styles, techniques, and tools (especially in 3D and interaction).
• Maintain high attention to detail and consistency across all assets.

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience: 5+ years in Motion Graphics / Motion Design.

Tools & Software

• Strong expertise in Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Solid skills in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
• Experience working with Figma.
• Knowledge of any 3D software (preference: Blender).
• Familiarity with AI tools used in design and content creation (for example, AI image/video tools, AI assistants for workflows, etc.).

Design Skills

• Strong understanding of composition, colour, typography, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to think through and design frame-by-frame storytelling.
• Ability to translate ideas, scripts, and briefs into clear, impactful visuals.

Portfolio

• A strong portfolio/showreel showcasing motion graphics across different formats (explainer videos, product videos, brand films, social content, etc.).
• Work samples that demonstrate independent project ownership are a big plus.
