Role Overview

Lead global workforce planning and talent supply chain operations for analytics/consulting delivery. This role drives capacity planning, demandsupply governance, utilization improvement, bench optimization, and GenAI-enabled automation for staffing and reporting. You will partner with senior leadership to align workforce strategy with growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Workforce Planning: Convert revenue outlook into capacity plans; manage demandsupply governance across geographies.
  • Staffing Operations: Oversee global demand to fulfilment, proactive bench management, demand and supply forecasting, resource allocations and ensure contribution to top line and optimize cost.
  • Skills & Readiness: Develop skills taxonomy and talent cards; enable cross-skilling and readiness for future demand.
  • Automation & Analytics: Implement GenAI-driven demand supply process and reporting; deliver insights for leadership decisions.
  • Stakeholder Leadership: Engage with Delivery Heads, HR, and Finance to ensure alignment and operational excellence.

Qualifications


  • 15+ years in workforce planning/resource management within consulting or tech services.
  • Experience managing large-scale staffing (3K10K+ headcount) and global deployment.
  • Strong analytics orientation: exposure to GenAI or automation tools preferred.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.

Success Metrics


  • Utilization improvement, fulfilment cycle time, bench reduction, and automation impact.

Preferred Skills


  • Familiarity with workforce planning tools (SAP, Anaplan, Workday) and analytics platforms (Power BI/Tableau).
  • Knowledge of skills taxonomy and talent intelligence frameworks.
