We're looking for a highly
skilled and experienced Lead/Manager, Full Stack Development to lead our engineering team. You'll be responsible for the end-to-end development of our applications, from front-end user interfaces to back-end services and data pipelines. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for building scalable, high-performance systems that are designed for real time
systems that integrate with IOT devices and sensors for critical applications. You will architect and deliver digital platforms that enable real-time control, monitoring, and visual alerting systems through secure web, mobile, and cloud applications. This role requires building highly available, fault-tolerant solutions for environments where reliability and compliance are paramount.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of full stack engineers,
- fostering a culture of technical excellence and collaboration.
- Design and implement cloud-native services for
- remote supervision, health monitoring, and event-driven alerting across
- thousands of connected endpoints.
- Develop web and mobile applications that provide
- intuitive dashboards for zone-based paging, emergency messaging, and
- scheduled events, integrated with IoT gateways and edge controllers.
- Engineer real-time communication pipelines using
- modern protocols (e.g. SIP, WebRTC, MQTT, REST APIs) to ensure low-latency
- audio and multi-modal notifications during critical events.
- Implement robust failover strategies, device
- heartbeat monitoring, and telemetry analytics to guarantee system
- resilience and compliance with life-safety standards.
- Collaborate with hardware and embedded teams to
- integrate APIs and data streams from fire panels, audio devices, and
- visual indicators into unified cloud platforms.
- Architect, design, and develop scalable and robust
- full stack applications using Python and GoLang for backend
- services and React.js for front-end development.
- Manage the entire software development lifecycle,
- including planning, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Design and manage databases using PostgreSQL,
- ensuring data integrity and performance.
- Utilize and manage services on AWS (Amazon Web
- Services), including EC2, S3, RDS, and others, to deploy and scale
- applications.
- Implement and manage data processing pipelines
- using technologies like Apache Hadoop, Apache Spark, and Apache
- Kafka.
- Develop and integrate machine learning models using
- TensorFlow to enhance application functionality.
- Build and maintain logging and monitoring systems
- using the Elastic Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana).
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and
- other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical
- solutions.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding
- standards, best practices, and security protocols.
Qualifications
- 10-15 years of technical experience in
- software development, with a significant focus on full stack roles.
- BE BTech M. Tech MCA Comp Sc
- Proven experience in a leadership or management
- position, leading a team of 5 or more engineers.
- Expertise in Python and GoLang for
- backend development.
- Strong proficiency in React.js and its
- ecosystem for front-end development.
- Extensive experience with relational databases,
- specifically PostgreSQL.
- Deep knowledge of AWS cloud services and
- architecture.
- Hands-on experience with big data technologies like
- Apache Hadoop, Apache Spark, and Apache Kafka.
- Experience with machine learning frameworks,
- particularly TensorFlow.
- Familiarity with the Elastic Stack for data
- logging and analysis.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and
- interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience applying Agentic AI systems to
- software development.
