Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Lead/Manager/Director Design Verification Engineer. The selected candidate will lead and manage design verification tasks, including verifying ASIC/SoC designs, developing and executing verification strategies, and creating and maintaining test benches. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, defining and implementing advanced verification methodologies, performing debugging, and ensuring adherence to quality standards and timelines.

Job Duties
- Understanding design specifications and developing test plan
- Develop verification environment and components using SystemVerilog/UVM
- Develop test scenarios as per test plan and verify design functionality
- Perform Gate Level and Low Power verification
Competencies
- Familiarly with Industry Standard Verification Methodologies e.g UVM
- Good understanding of SoC buses i.e. AHB, AXI or similar buses
- Good understanding of HVL (SystemVerilog, SystemC), HDL (Verilog), C/C++ and scripts (perl, shell)
- Excellent debugging and analytical abilities
- Proactive, self-starter, able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Well organized with strong attention to detail; proactively ensures work is accurate
- Positive attitude and work ethic; unafraid to ask questions and explore new ideas
- Resourceful and able to solve problems through practical use of technology
- Good analytical, verbal, and written communication skills with the ability to work within a diverse team
Qualifications (Requirements)
- Bachelor's degree in ECE, Computer Science or related field or equivalent
- 10+ years of relevant experience in SoC verification i.e. developing verification components, preparing and executing test plan for complex Video, Imaging and/or Audio Ips
- Prior experience in verification/design of Image/Video Processing, Video/Audio Interface (HDMI, MIPI DSI, MIPI CSI-2, DisplayPort etc.) Video Decode/Encode and/or compression/de-compression IPs
- Hands on experience in Industry standard simulation & debugging tools i.e. Questa/VCS and Verdi etc
- Working experience and good understanding of state of art verification technologies i.e. coverage and assertion based, formal verification and/or HW assisted verification
- No travel required
