We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Lead Management Specialist I to join our growing team in Bangalore. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing and optimizing our lead generation and management processes to ensure that our sales team has access to high-quality leads. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with various teams.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect, analyze, and maintain lead data from various sources to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Assist in the qualification and segmentation of leads to optimize outreach strategies for the sales team.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to ensure alignment between lead generation campaigns and sales objectives.
  • Monitor and report on lead conversion metrics, identifying areas for improvement and providing actionable insights.
  • Support the Senior Manager of Lead Management in developing and implementing lead management processes and best practices.
  • Manage lead distribution to sales representatives and follow up on any issues that arise during the lead handoff process.
  • Create and maintain documentation related to lead management processes and systems.
  • Engage in regular communication with the sales team to gather feedback on lead quality and to adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in lead management and sales enablement.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in lead management, sales support, or marketing analytics is preferred.
  • Proficient in data analysis tools and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and lead generation strategies.
  • Experience in the technology sector or familiarity with B2B sales processes is a plus.
  • Knowledge of lead scoring methodologies and customer segmentation techniques.
