Job Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and organized Lead Management Intern to manage incoming enquiries and coordinate with solution providers to ensure the right match for client requirements. The role involves handling the complete lead lifecycle from the first response to enquiries to coordinating with senior solution providers and ensuring timely follow-ups. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple leads efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level response to incoming enquiries and understand client requirements clearly.
- Ensure interested prospects complete the required information form for better requirement assessment.
- Identify and shortlist suitable solution providers from the internal network or through external research.
- Connect with the appropriate senior solution provider and create communication channels to facilitate exchange between stakeholders.
- Coordinate and follow up regularly with all parties to ensure progress and clarity.
- Take end-to-end ownership of the lead cycle, ensuring smooth communication, timely updates, and proper closure of leads.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of more than one vernacular is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills with the ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously.
- Comfortable using WhatsApp, Google Forms, spreadsheets, and basic CRM tools.
- Ability to research and identify suitable service providers or partners based on requirements.
