Role Description
We are seeking a Lead Management Executive specializing in Cold Calling and CRM Management for a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai, India. The role involves prospecting and generating leads through cold calling, managing and maintaining customer relationships using CRM tools, and identifying new business opportunities. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate customer records, scheduling follow-ups, and providing timely solutions to address client inquiries or concerns.

Role Objective:
To manage inbound leads from IndiaMART, website, campaigns, and other sources; convert enquiries into qualified sales opportunities.
