Role Description

We are seeking a Lead Management Executive specializing in Cold Calling and CRM Management for a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai, India. The role involves prospecting and generating leads through cold calling, managing and maintaining customer relationships using CRM tools, and identifying new business opportunities. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate customer records, scheduling follow-ups, and providing timely solutions to address client inquiries or concerns.

Location:

Santacruz East - Mumbai (Office Based)

Role Objective:

To manage inbound leads from IndiaMART, website, campaigns, and other sources; convert enquiries into qualified sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to new & existing leads
  • Handle inbound enquiries professionally
  • Maintain systematic follow-ups
  • Update CRM regularly with call notes & lead status
  • Qualify leads and assign to field sales team
  • Track lead-to-conversion ratio
  • Coordinate with sales team for closure tracking
  • Maintain daily calling & conversion reports

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • 14 years experience in tele-calling / inside sales / lead management
  • Experience handling IndiaMART / TradeIndia / JustDial leads preferred
  • Strong follow-up & persuasive communication skills
  • Comfortable working on CRM systems
  • Target-driven mindset

Compensation Range (Mumbai):

  • 2.0 LPA 3.6 LPA (Fixed)
  • Monthly performance incentives
  • Potential earning up to 44.5 LPA with incentives
