Lead - Maintenance Compressed Biogas Plant

Job Purpose

To lead all maintenance activities at a 20 TPD agri-residue-based CBG plant, ensuring equipment reliability, minimal downtime, and safe operations.

Experience

58 years in maintenance of process plants, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Experience with biogas, utilities, and gas handling systems preferred.

Qualification

Bachelors in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent. Diploma holders with strong hands-on experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance. Manage mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation systems. Ensure spares management, vendor coordination, documentation, and compliance with safety standards.

Key Technical Competencies

Expertise in rotating equipment, gas compressors, pumps, electrical panels, and control systems. Skilled in maintenance planning (e.g., CMMS), root cause analysis, safety protocols, and utility systems (air, water, gas).
