Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts (customer/vendor agreements, SOWs, NDAs)
• Draft legal notices, reply and other litigation related documents.
• Provide legal advisory to internal stakeholders and support business decision-making
• Manage legal documentation, notices, and correspondence
• Identify risks and drive mitigation strategies, including dispute resolution and settlements
• Ensure legal and regulatory compliance
• Engage with external counsel and regulatory interactions
• Support strategic initiatives
• Stay updated on legal developments impacting the IT/ITES sector

Qualifications & Experience

• B.A. LL.B from a reputed institution
• Qualified to practice law in India
• 5–10 years of experience in corporate legal/law firm roles
• Strong experience in contract drafting, negotiation, and litigation
• Good understanding of indemnity, limitation of liability, and IT/ITES contracts
