Design and execute end-to-end L&D strategy aligned with business and manufacturing excellence goals.
Design / implement Management Development programs for Leaders and coach People managers on People Management.
Responsible for designing and establishing Propel School of Excellence in instilling technical / functional skills pertaining to product, process, sales, service, Safety, Operations, leadership and general management topics in collaboration with Group CHRO and internal process champions.
Drive competency framework design, implementation, and assessment across roles.
Establish and manage DOJO-based learning models for shop floor skill enhancement and operator certification.
Lead Training Needs Analysis (TNA) for blue-collar, frontline supervisors, engineers, and leadership teams.
Lead Dexterity / skill-matrix programs to improve productivity, quality, safety, and multi-skilling.
Drive digital learning adoption, LMS implementation, and blended learning models.
Measure training effectiveness using structured evaluation models.
Partner with plant heads, functional leaders, and HRBPs to deliver impactful learning interventions.
Manage training budgets, internal trainers, and external training partners.
Qualifications
BE / BTech (Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial / Production Engineering preferred)
MBA / PGDM / MSW in HR / OD Preferred
1015 years of experience in Learning & Development / OD / Technical Training
Strong exposure to Manufacturing / Engineering / Automotive / Heavy Industry environments
Proven experience in handling both blue-collar and white-collar capability development programs
