Job Description

As a JAVA Engineer, you will design, develop, deploy, and maintain medium to high complexity features you will be part of the Product & Tech Team, focusing on either Back end / Front end development.

Qualifications

Passion for software engineering and craftsman-like coding prowess

Experience in analysis, design, coding and implementation of large-scale custom-built, scalable applications and platforms

Champion best practices - SOLID principles, OO design, and pair programming

Drive and enable writing clean, high-quality code and are also able to spot (and improve) bad code

Drive Agile, Lean and/or Continuous Delivery approaches such as Continuous Integration, TDD, BDD, etc

Experience with Java/J2EE, Spring boot, MVC, JavaScript, JSON and REST, NoSQL databases

Deliver on MACH principles Microservices, API First, Cloud Native & Headless

Good experience in UI Frameworks (ANGULAR or REACT) and micro front end architectures

Understand virtualization & DevOps, Docker, Kubernetes, Infra as a code

Good knowledge of cloud technologies such as AWS and look to deliver across cloud providers (GCP, Azure)
