Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Java Lead to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Java-based application development and proven leadership skills to guide development teams and deliver high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end design and development of Java-based applications
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the development team
- Participate in architecture discussions and technical decision-making
- Ensure best coding practices, code reviews, and quality standards
- Collaborate with product owners, architects, and cross-functional teams
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and drive resolutions
Required Skills:
- Strong expertise in Core Java, Java 8+
- Experience with Spring / Spring Boot
- Good understanding of Microservices architecture
- Hands-on experience with REST APIs
- Knowledge of databases (SQL / NoSQL)
- Experience with Git, Maven/Gradle, CI/CD pipelines
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in leading or mentoring teams
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) is a plus
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
