We at Coforge are hiring Lead Java Developers with following skill set:
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of Java developers; ensure code quality and timely delivery.
- Design and implement complex, scalable, and secure applications using Java/J2EE.
- Collaborate with architects, product owners, and QA teams for end-to-end delivery.
- Review code, enforce best practices, and optimize performance.
- Drive CI/CD, DevOps practices, and cloud adoption where applicable.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide technical guidance.
Requirements
- 916 years of experience in Java/J2EE development, with at least 2+ years in a lead role.
- Strong expertise in Core Java, Spring/Spring Boot, Hibernate/JPA, and RESTful APIs.
- Experience with Microservices architecture and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Hands-on with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git, Maven) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Good understanding of databases (SQL/NoSQL) and performance tuning.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
