We are looking for an experienced Team Leader Development to lead and manage high-performing development teams. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, proven leadership skills, and experience handling both local and remote teams while delivering high-quality software solutions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and manage local and remote development teams
- Foster collaboration, engagement, and productivity
- Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback
2. Project Oversight
- Plan, execute, and deliver software development projects
- Coordinate with stakeholders on scope, timelines, and objectives
- Track progress and resolve bottlenecks to ensure timely delivery
3. Technical Leadership
- Create and review Technical & Functional Design Requirement documents
- Ensure compliance with coding standards and best practices
- Perform code reviews to maintain quality and optimize performance
4. Communication
- Enable effective 360-degree communication across teams and stakeholders
- Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams
5. Process Improvement
- Implement and enhance development best practices
- Promote Agile and Scrum methodologies
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives
6. Requirements Management
- Gather and analyze business requirements
- Translate business needs into technical solutions
7. Additional Responsibilities
- Act as Scrum Master when required
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends
Qualifications & Skills
- 10+ years of experience leading development teams
- Strong hands-on experience in Core Java, Python, and NodeJS
- Experience with AI/ML projects; familiarity with OpenAI API preferred
- Proven experience managing local and remote teams
- Strong knowledge of SDLC and Agile/Scrum practices
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in defining technical architecture and best practices
- Scrum Master certification is a plus
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
