Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka (On-site) Job Type: Full-time Experience: 5+ Years (with Team Leadership experience) Compensation: 15,00,000 - 18,00,000 P.A. (Based on experience)

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Lead Java Developer to drive the engineering efforts at Localramu.com. In this role, you will not just be a manager but a hands-on technical leader. You will be responsible for architecting scalable microservices, writing high-quality code, and mentoring a team of developers to deliver robust web and mobile solutions.

The ideal candidate is a Java expert who is also comfortable guiding teams through the full software development lifecyclefrom backend architecture to mobile (React Native) and web integration.

• Technical Leadership: Lead, mentor, and guide a team of developers, ensuring code quality, adherence to best practices, and timely delivery of features.
• Core Development: Hands-on coding and design of complex backend systems using Java and Spring Boot.
• Architecture: Design and implement scalable Microservices architectures to support high-traffic loads.
• Full-Stack Oversight: Collaborate with and provide technical direction to frontend (Web) and mobile (iOS/Android) teams. Experience with React Native is a significant plus.
• System Optimization: Troubleshoot complex production issues, identify bottlenecks, and optimize application performance and security.
• Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Must-Have (Core Skills):

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Leadership: Proven experience in leading or mentoring development teams (Code reviews, sprint planning, technical guidance).
• Backend Mastery: Deep proficiency in Java and the Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring Security, JPA).
• Architecture: Strong understanding of Microservices patterns, RESTful APIs, and Database design (SQL/NoSQL).

Nice-to-Have (Additional Points):

• Mobile Development: Proficiency or familiarity with React Native for building cross-platform Android and iOS applications.
• Frontend: Experience with modern web technologies (React.js, HTML5, CSS3).
• DevOps: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, or Cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) is a plus.
