Job Title: Lead Java Developer
Experience: 8+ Years
Location: Coimbatore / Remote
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise and web applications using Java-based technologies
- Lead backend development with a focus on scalability, performance, and security
- Build and maintain RESTful APIs and backend frameworks
- Drive monolith-to-microservices migrations and implement best-practice microservices patterns
- Develop and deploy cloud-native applications using modern CI/CD pipelines
- Collaborate with product, DevOps, and QA teams in an Agile environment
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of software development experience in enterprise/web applications
- 8+ years as a Full Stack Developer with strong Java backend expertise
- 5+ years of experience with:
- Public cloud platforms (Azure, GCP, or equivalent)
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
- SaaS application development and support
- CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and Kubernetes
- Agile and DevOps methodologies
- 5+ years working in Agile teams using tools like Jira, Confluence, Rally, or similar
