CentumT&S India (CAI) is an Electronics Design Center of Excellence, designing for mission critical projects in Aerospace/Space, Transportation, Medical Electronics, Defense Electronics etc. It has other design centers in the France, USA, Canada & Germany.

About the Role:

Centum is seeking a highly skilled Lead Engineer to drive software development in our Electronic SIM project for the Aerospace domain. You will be responsible for designing and leading solutions in a complex, distributed environment, mentoring developers, and ensuring high-quality deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead design and architecture discussions for enterprise-scale applications.
• Develop, enhance, and maintain solutions using Core Java & Microservices.
• Ensure scalability and performance in multithreaded & distributed systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless integration.
• Mentor and guide a team of developers.

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong expertise in Software Architecture, Core Java, Microservices.
• Experience with Multithreading & Distributed Systems.
• Excellent database concepts and knowledge of NoSQL DB like Cassandra
• Proficiency in Docker, Kubernetes, Cassandra.
• Strong understanding of Design Patterns & UML.
