Job Description

The Travel Admin will oversee and manage all international and domestic travel arrangements for the organization. This role requires managing travel experience for employees, travel supply chain management and compliance with various travel requirements, including planning and managing process design and improvement. It will require an understanding of global travel practices and commitment toward safe and compliant travel arrangements.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Deploy Global travel policy and SOP in line with industry best practices and in collaboration with TTL stake holders.

2.Manage travel experience at target levels and take actions of improvement and issue resolution.

3.iTravel tool sustenance and improvements based on traveler feedback and organization requirements.

4.Business Travel Visa Management understanding of Business Visa processing requirements for global destinations and all employee bases.

5.Effective global communication to travelers on travel services and awareness
