Role & Responsibilities
- End-to-End Service Ownership (M365 + AI)-
- Own collaboration platforms across the enterprise:
- Microsoft Teams
- Exchange Online
- SharePoint Online
- OneDrive
- AI capabilities within the ecosystem
- Define service strategy, roadmap, and operating model.
- Ensure alignment with business priorities and workforce needs.
- Take ownership of platform decisions, prioritization, and changes.
- Balance:
- User experience
- Security & compliance
- Cost efficiency
- AI Enablement & Rollout-
- Drive AI adoption and readiness across collaboration platforms.
- Ensure safe and responsible AI deployment in partnership with:
- Identity teams
- Security
- Legal
- Data Governance
- Define foundational requirements for AI success:
- Clean and structured content (content hygiene)
- Permission models
- Information architecture
- Governance alignment
- Lead enablement through:
- Training programs
- Adoption strategies
- Clear usage frameworks

- Own reliability, performance, and overall service health.
- Define and track:
- KPIs
- SLAs
- User experience metrics
- Adoption trends
- Work closely with support/ops teams for:

- Lead root cause analysis for major issues and ensure fixes stick (preventive + corrective actions).
- Platform Standards & Configuration Governance-
- Define configuration standards and guardrails for all collaboration services.
- Ensure consistency across:

- Zero Trust principles
- Make sure standards are:

- Enforced via tools/policies
Ideal Candidate
- Strong EUC & Device Strategy Lead profiles
- Mandatory (Experience 1) – Must have 8+ years of experience in endpoint/device strategy or EUC leadership roles in enterprise setups, with proven techno-functional ability to drive standards, governance, and adoption across teams.
- Mandatory (Experience 2) – Must have hands-on depth with Intune, MECM, and Jamf, including managing Windows, macOS, and Mobile Device Management (MDM) at scale.
- Mandatory (Experience 3) – Must have experience handling 3000+ devices in enterprise environments, including configuration, patching, tagging, and compliance enforcement.
- Mandatory (Experience 4) – Must have end-to-end device lifecycle ownership experience covering device selection, enrollment, provisioning, refresh, reuse, and decommissioning, with alignment across procurement, finance, and security.
- Mandatory (Experience 5) – Must have strong endpoint security and Zero Trust alignment experience, including device trust, compliance posture, access enforcement, and converting security requirements into practical endpoint policies.
- Mandatory (Experience 6) – Must have experience defining endpoint standards, baselines, governance models, and documentation, with familiarity in tools like ServiceNow, Jira, or similar.
- Mandatory (Experience 7) – Must have experience owning vendor/service provider relationships (defining SLAs, scope, operational guardrails) and building long-term EUC roadmap including evaluating new tools, reducing tech debt, and driving modern cloud-first endpoint management.
- Mandatory (Skill) – Must have strong stakeholder management and cross-functional influence skills to work with security, identity, infrastructure, and collaboration teams without direct authority.
- Preferred (Certifications) – Certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CRISC, or equivalent in endpoint management, device platforms, or security.
- Preferred (Skill) – Proven track record of modernizing endpoint ecosystems without breaking operations, with strong bias towards standardization, simplification, and improved user experience.
