** Mandatory criteria- Qualified CA /CMA or MBA- Finance with around 8+ yrs of Post qualification experience , out of which atleast 3-4 yrs in Investor Relations role with a Listed entity (Listed with BSE/NSE)
Purpose of the Job-
This is a critical role in shaping a Listed Manufacturer s equity story by enabling transparent, consistent, and strategic communication with the investor community. The role combines financial planning & analysis, strategic insight generation, and proactive engagement with investors, analysts, and rating agencies to support long-term value creation.
Major job role-
Investor Relations & Capital Markets
- Act as a key interface between the company and the investor community, including institutional investors, analysts, brokers, and rating agencies.
- Support development and articulation of the company's investment thesis, equity story, and strategic narrative aligned with business priorities.
- Organize and manage earnings calls, investor presentations, roadshows, conferences, and one-on-one investor meetings.
- Track investor feedback, perception, and expectations; provide insights to senior leadership for strategic decision-making.
- Support compliance with SEBI (LODR) and other regulatory requirements related to investor disclosures.
- Monitor shareholding patterns, analyst coverage, peer valuation benchmarks, and market sentiment.
Strategic Thinking & Business Insights
- Develop deep understanding of the Company's business strategy, operating model, markets, and competitive landscape.
- Conduct peer benchmarking, industry analysis, and valuation comparisons to support strategic positioning.
- Translate business and financial performance into clear, data-driven narratives for external stakeholders.
- Provide forward-looking insights to management on capital allocation, growth drivers, risks, and opportunities.
- Support long-term strategic initiatives including fund raising, M&A, ESG positioning, and capital structure optimization.
Financial Planning & Analysis
- Support the Strategic Planning team in the development of the Company's long-term financial plans, including profitability analysis, business plans for organic growth initiatives, and other ad-hoc financial and strategic analyses as required by Management from time to time.
- Support quarterly and annual results analysis, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and performance commentary.
Governance, Compliance & ESG
- Support investor communication on ESG initiatives, sustainability reporting, and governance practices.
- Coordinate with internal teams on disclosures related to annual reports, sustainability reports, and investor presentations.
- Ensure alignment of investor communication with corporate governance standards and regulatory guidelines.
