Main skills:14to18years of experience inField ofInstrumentationDesignengineering.
- Working knowledge of 3D and 2D tools (SP3D / E3D / AUTOCAD /BricsCAD/Smartsketch / MicroStation / SPR)
- 3D Modeling of Cable trays, cable trench / Duct bank, Conduits, Instrumentation Equipment,Stanchionsandvarious typesof supports.3D Modelling of Junction Boxes, Panels, Placing of Instruments based on Tapping Points,Understandingplacement of F&G Instruments based on Mapping Study, Understanding Placement of Telecom Instrument based on Coverage Study, Junction Box Grouping.
- 2D drawing extraction from 3D software.
- Preparation of Instrumentation layouts such as Control room, Instrument, Fire and Gas, Telecom, Grounding, Cable tray, Cable trench etc.Preparation of Hook Up Drawings and Installation Drawings.
- Preparation of BOM (Bill of Material) of various layouts.
- Interdisciplinary coordination and Clash Resolution.
- Preparation of hookup drawings, level sketches, MCT drawings, MTO Reports & Block Diagram.
- Preparation of Cable Routing Reports.
- Understanding of instrumentation standard installation details.
- Plan, organize, and carry out assignments as directed other duties as assigned.
- Guiding Team of Instrument Designers in Project.
- Interaction with Client for 3D Modelling and participation in 3D Model review.
