We are looking for a Senior Learning Experience Designer with 710 years of solid Instructional Design experience who can operate as a client-facing lead and end-to-end owner of e-learning delivery.
This is a high-ownership individual contributor role with strong exposure to clients, teams, and complex learning programs.
What you'll do
- Be the single point of contact (SPOC) for enterprise e-learning projects
- Lead client discussions, discovery calls, and solutioning conversations
- Translate business problems into effective learning strategies and experiences
- Suggest the right learning formats and approaches (not just follow briefs)
- Own projects from concept storyboard development final delivery
- Coordinate and manage IDs, visual designers, developers, animators, and vendors
- Review outputs to ensure instructional quality, design consistency, and timelines
What we're looking for
- 710 years of experience in Instructional Design / LXD
- Strong background in corporate e-learning delivery
- Comfortable front-ending clients and leading conversations independently
- Hands-on experience across formats:
- Level 14 e-learning
- Scenario-based and gamified learning
- Microlearning and blended learning
- Video-based and production-led learning
- Ability to balance strategy + execution
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
