- Technology Leadership
- Define and execute IT strategy, architecture, and roadmap
- Align IT initiatives with business objectives and growth plans
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies, platforms, and tools
- Act as a technical advisor to leadership and business teams
- Oversee network, servers, cloud infrastructure, and data centers
- Ensure high availability, performance, and scalability of systems
- Manage ERP, CRM, enterprise applications, and internal tools
- Lead system upgrades, migrations, and integrations
- Supervise design, development, testing, and deployment of applications
- Ensure SDLC compliance, documentation, and best practices
- Review code quality, architecture, and performance
- Manage application lifecycle and vendor solutions
- Implement information security policies and controls
- Oversee data protection, access management, and incident response
- Ensure compliance with IT governance, audits, and regulatory standards
- Conduct risk assessments and security reviews
- Lead, mentor, and develop IT engineers and support teams
- Allocate resources and manage workloads
- Manage technology vendors, contracts, and SLAs
- Conduct performance reviews and skill development plans
- Ensure 247 IT support, system monitoring, and incident management
- Define and track KPIs and SLAs
- Drive process improvements and automation
- Manage IT budgets, assets, and licensing
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field
- 812 years of IT experience, including 35 years in a leadership role
- Strong exposure to enterprise IT environments
- Relevant certifications preferred (ITIL, PMP, AWS/Azure, CISSP, etc.)
