Job Description

  • Build an entire procurement function from the ground up.
  • Lead transformation in a fastgrowing, highgovernance environment.

Job Description

  • Build and structure the indirect supplier ecosystem across India, ensuring compliance, reliability and performance.
  • Lead sourcing for categories including consumables, packaging, warehouse procurement, and services.
  • Manage competitive tenders (RFI/RFP/RFQ) and drive robust commercial negotiations.
  • Strengthen supplier governance, risk assessment, due diligence and performance tracking.
  • Champion procurement digitalization and enforce process discipline, including NoPONoPay.
  • Partner with finance, legal and crossfunctional stakeholders to enable datadriven decisions.
  • Establish procurement best practices, coaching teams and embedding a culture of compliance.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Indirect Procurement professional should have:

  • 8+ years of experience in Indirect Procurement or Strategic Sourcing within MNC environments.
  • Handson expertise in consumables, packaging, warehouse procurement and services categories.
  • Strong experience running tenders, negotiations, supplier assessments and commercial evaluations.
  • Proven ability to operate in highgovernance setups with strong compliance orientation.
  • Skilled in building processes, improving procurement maturity and driving digital adoption.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills..
