Role Overview: The individual will lead the firm's Quality & Risk Management initiatives, ensuring compliance with global and regional policies, regulatory requirements and professional standards. This role is pivotal in safeguarding the firm's reputation, managing risk exposure and driving a culture of quality across service lines.

Location: Gurgaon/ Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:

Leads multiple critical independence processes:

  • Supervision of overall KICS process including KICS import program.
  • Disciplinary Committee reporting
  • Automation of independence processes
  • SOQM and QC 1000 implementation for E&I processes
  • Other risk management projects on need basis.

Skills required:

  • 12+ years of experiencein independence, compliance, or broader risk governance
  • Understanding of SOQM and QC frameworks
  • Experience managing regulatory inspection submissions (preferred)
  • Ability to design, streamline, and automate compliance workflows
  • Strong project and stakeholder management skills
  • High attention to detail in reporting and documentation
  • Analytical mindset with strong problemsolving ability
  • Ability to handle seniorlevel coordination across functions

Qualifications:

  • MBA/CA or relevant compliance/risk certification (preferred)
  • Proven ability to independently lead highimpact risk or compliance initiatives
  • Strong communication skills for firmwide coordination and regulatory interactions
