Lead

Key Responsibilities:Functional Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze business requirements
• Configure Oracle Fusion modules (e.g., Finance, HCM, OIC)
• Prepare functional design documents (FDD)
• Conduct UAT sessions with business users
• Provide production support and issue resolution

Technical Responsibilities:

• Develop and customize reports using BI Publisher / OTBI
• Work on data migration using FBDI / HDL / HSDL
• Create and manage integrations using REST/SOAP APIs
• Support extensions using tools like Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
• Debug and troubleshoot technical issues

Leadership Responsibilities:

• Act as module lead for small projects or enhancements
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams
• Mentor junior team members
• Ensure timely delivery of tasks

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion Applications
• Experience in at least one module: Finance / HCM / OIC
• Hands-on with:
  • BI Publisher
  • OTBI Reports
  • FBDI / HDL
  • REST/SOAP APIs
• Basic SQL knowledge
• Understanding of business processes

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
• Exposure to Fast Formulas / Approval workflows
• Prior client-facing experience

Experience:

• 2+ years in Oracle Fusion (Techno-Functional role)

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering / IT / Commerce or related field
