Job Description

Job Title: Lead HRBP

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 10+ years

Job Type: (Onsite, Fulltime)

Shift Time: 12:30 PM to 9:30 PM IST

Immediate joiners or notice period of less than 10 days are needed

Purpose

As a Lead HR Business Partner, you will take ownership of people management for your business unit and support leaders in achieving business goals. You will act as a trusted advisor and help shape a strong and positive work environment. In this role, you will design and deliver HR initiatives that improve employee experience and business performance. You will focus on engagement, performance management, rewards, and policy improvement. You will also ensure that HR practices are simple, effective, and aligned with business needs.

Duties and Responsibilities

You will play a key role in building a strong workplace culture while supporting business growth. You will work closely with leaders and employees to improve engagement and performance. Your role will include both planning and execution of HR programs. You will also use data and feedback to guide decisions and improve processes. This role requires a proactive and structured approach.

  • Manage performance management cycles and ensure timelines are met.
  • Handle employee relations matters and resolve concerns in a fair manner.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Improve HR processes and drive best practices across the function.
  • Manage reward and recognition programs to support employee motivation.
  • Support strategic HR projects and track progress.
  • Communicate HR policies and processes clearly to employees.
  • Manage HR dashboards and reports with clear understanding of metrics.
  • Improve processes by implementing new policies and programs on time.

Education (Degrees, Certificates, Licenses, Etc.)

  • MBA or Master's degree in Human Resources, Human Capital Management, or a related field.

Experience & Required Skills

  • 10 + years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with at least 2 years of experience leading a team or managing HR projects.
  • Hands-on experience in HR Business Partnering, working closely with business leaders to align HR strategies with business goals.
  • Managed the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, engagement, performance management, and exit processes.
  • Experience in driving employee engagement initiatives and building a positive workplace culture.
  • Worked on performance management systems (PMS) and ensured timely and effective execution of review cycles.
  • Handled employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and grievance management.
  • Experience using HR data and analytics to track trends such as attrition and support decision-making.
  • Contributed to or led HR projects and process improvement initiatives in a structured way.
  • Worked in fast-paced or growing organizations, supporting change and scaling HR practices.
  • Good understanding of Indian labour laws and compliance requirements.
  • Plan and prioritize tasks effectively while managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Use data and insights to support decisions and improve outcomes.

Preferred Skills

  1. Exposure to Revenue Cycle Management operations or healthcare industry or BPO.
  2. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
