Job Description

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business goals.
Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on HR-related matters.
Partner with business leaders to drive talent management initiatives.
Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes to ensure seamless integration of new hires.
Manage employee relations and work on conflict resolution effectively.
Monitor HR metrics and provide actionable insights to the leadership team.
Ensure compliance with local labour laws and regulations in Mumbai.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Lead HRBP should have:

A degree in Human Resources or a related field.
Proven expertise in HR practices within the Professional Services industry.
Strong understanding of the unique HR requirements in Law Firms.
Ability to work effectively with senior leadership and stakeholders.
Proficiency in handling HR metrics and data-driven decision-making.
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations relevant to Mumbai.
A proactive and solution-oriented approach to challenges.
